1. Services
We provide telehealth consultations for women's health (e.g., gynecological, hormonal, and wellness concerns) and peptide-related therapies through DHA-licensed physicians. Services may include video/audio consultations, medical advice, prescriptions (where clinically appropriate and compliant with DHA/MOHAP rules), and related support.
Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency or in-person care. In emergencies, contact 999 immediately.
Eligibility: You must be 18+, provide accurate information, and use the Platform from a private, stable environment with reliable internet and compatible devices.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You may create an account with accurate details (including Emirates ID where required). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide truthful medical history and information.
- Participate honestly in consultations.
- Follow physician advice and seek in-person care when recommended.
- Not misuse the Platform or seek prohibited substances.
3. Consultations and Informed Consent
All consultations require your informed consent, covering the nature, benefits, risks, limitations (including technical issues and lack of physical examination), and alternatives of telehealth. Consent is documented electronically or verbally as permitted by DHA standards.
Physicians provide services within their DHA licensing scope. We are not liable for clinical decisions or outcomes if information is withheld or advice is not followed.
4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
All payments are processed securely. Refunds are at our discretion or as required by law. Refunds and cancellation allowed 24 hours in advance.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is our property or licensed. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform, consultations, or treatments, except as mandated by law.
We comply with DHA telehealth standards but bear no responsibility for physician clinical judgments.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations or at our discretion. You may stop using the Platform anytime.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
By using our services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our separate Privacy Policy.
