Last updated: May 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Solaraclinic.ae ("Platform" or "Website"), operated by Solara Clinic ("we," "us," or "our"), a DHA-regulated telehealth service provider based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using the Platform, booking consultations, or using our services (including women's health consultations and peptide therapies), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Services

We provide telehealth consultations for women's health (e.g., gynecological, hormonal, and wellness concerns) and peptide-related therapies through DHA-licensed physicians. Services may include video/audio consultations, medical advice, prescriptions (where clinically appropriate and compliant with DHA/MOHAP rules), and related support.

Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency or in-person care. In emergencies, contact 999 immediately.

Peptide Therapies and Prescriptions: All prescriptions comply with DHA Telehealth Standards and MOHAP regulations. We do not prescribe narcotics, controlled, or semi-controlled substances via telehealth. Prescriptions require a proper virtual assessment, informed consent, and adherence to approved drug lists. Dispensing occurs only through licensed pharmacies.

Eligibility: You must be 18+, provide accurate information, and use the Platform from a private, stable environment with reliable internet and compatible devices.
